Welcome to Hessee and Associates.  My name is Robert Hessee.

Your case will be treated with outstanding professionalism and my personal guarantee of exceptional investigative services.  I have worked in law enforcement and related fields since 1978. My field of expertise and continued growth remains in criminal investigations.   I retired as a respected Sergeant of the Placer County Sheriff's Department and continue to expand on my experience in the field of Private Investigations.

I was certified by the International Association of Chief's of Police and the National Traffic Safety Administration as a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) as well as a DRE Instructor. I was the department’s DRE coordinator for many years and have conducted thousands of evaluations.  This is only one of the many credentials I hold.

I am a former instructor for the California Department of Justice, the California Highway Patrol ,  the Los Angeles Police Department, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department, various universities, national  and regional conferences, the San Juan Unified School District's Criminal Justice Program.

I have qualified and testified as an expert witness in cases of most subject matter related to DUI’s, Gangs and Narcotics.
